The Challenge
Critical cancer screenings were being lost inside generic portal messages, manual nurse calls, and complex health-system workflows. mPATH Health needed to turn a successful research pilot into a national platform that could engage high-risk patients without app downloads, passwords, or difficult logins. The experience had to remain secure, simple for providers, and fast to deploy across new hospital systems.
Our Approach
We redesigned the journey around the lowest-friction action a patient could take: opening a text message. Each outreach flow leads directly to a secure web experience where patients can complete risk assessments and view educational content without installing an app or navigating an electronic medical record portal.
